As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our electrical business running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, email, or text–and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.
Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule normal and after-hour calls, and contact managers if needed services are required. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!
