My name is Ryan Kyle and I have been part of our family owned business since 2003. I completed apprenticeship school at Carroll Community College and became a Master Electrician in 2010. Over the years working with our company I have completed all types of electrical work, but residential service is my passion. In my free time, my favorite things to do are spending time with my family, working out, and target shooting. I look forward to providing you with service for your electrical needs!

Lance Graham

My name is Lance Graham and I’m a Service Technician for Tim Kyle Electrical Service I’ve been in the electrical trade for 19 years and I’ve had my Master Electrician license for more than 10 years now. I have close to 40,000 hours of on the job experience ranging from new construction, service work, home stand-by generator installations and maintenance. I take a lot of pride in my work and I try to be as informative as possible for my customers. Outside of working for Tim Kyle Electrical Service, I love spending as much time as possible with my wife and my three daughters. They helped form me into the family man and father that I am today. When I have some free time I try to catch as much football and college basketball games as I can.

Aaron Baker

My name is Aaron Baker and I was raised in the construction trade as a family business. After serving 8 years in the U.S. Army, I returned home and continued in the construction trade. In 2009 I began apprenticing in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our main focus was residential remodels and custom home work. Eventually to round myself out as an electrician, I decided to move into commercial electrical work. When my family relocated, we made the decision to begin looking for work closer to home. I found Tim Kyle Electrical Service and have been happily working for the Kyle Family since early 2015.

Derek Grimes

Hello, my name is Derek Grimes and I am married with four wonderful children. My priorities are, God first, family second and work third. My hobbies include woodworking and masonry work. I graduated from New Oxford Christian Academy and obtained an electrical degree at Chattahoochee Technical College. I am currently attending Carroll Community College to get my journeyman license. I am also certified in the installation and maintenance for Kohler Generators. I have been doing electrical work for over 12 years and this is by far the best career choice for me. I enjoy each and every day as an electrician. My goals are to increase my knowledge and perform electrical work at the highest level possible.

Hi, my name is Chad Main and I’m a residential electrician for Tim Kyle Electrical Service. I’ve spent the bulk of my career performing electrical services in homes. I enjoy the problem solving aspects of the trade as well as finding solutions for my customers electrical needs. I have 25 years of electrical experience and have held my State of Maryland Master Electricians license for over 15 years. Away from work, I love spending time with my wife and children and coaching my son’s baseball team.

Hi, my name is Kenn Steen and I’m a service technician here at Tim Kyle Electrical Service. I have lived with my wife and family in Carroll County for most of my life. Growing up in a minister’s home, I was taught to be a man of integrity and to treat others the way you would want to be treated . In my 18 plus years of electrical experience I have seen a lot of things including new homes, custom theaters, lighting, electrical services, generators and electric car chargers. Hello, my name is Tim Nicholson and I have two huskies, Suka and Koda. I enjoy fishing, hiking, running, and kayaking. I am currently in the Electrical Apprenticeship program which will further my knowledge in the electrical world. I have worked in the electrical field since 2014 and my goal is to get my Master’s Electrician license within the next 10 years. Most importantly, I hope that the work I do will glorify my Lord Jesus Christ. Long story short, I’m a blue-collar magician.

Hi, my name is Justin Whitcomb and I am currently working on my 4 year Electrical Apprenticeship program to become a licensed technician. Paying attention to detail and troubleshooting existing problems are my favorite parts of the job. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, and being outdoors. Apart from my technical skills I am reliable, trustworthy, and take pride in the quality of my work. My family and I have had the privilege of living at a local ministry called River Valley Ranch where I learned the value of hard work and excellent service. When I am not working, one can find me playing the guitar at my local church, working on cars, or swimming. I attended High School at Manchester Valley where I was involved in wrestling and the Career and Tech Center’s Electrical Program. I graduated from Vo-Tech with honors and with the basis of my ever-growing electrical knowledge. I seek to honor the Lord in everything I do and trust his leading in my life.

Hello, my name is Justin Charnak. I began my electrical career in 2003. With almost two decades experience, I have specialized in residential service, new construction, commercial and solar installations. Driven by a vision of the future, I am constantly educating myself to master all new emerging technologies and provide clients with the best service available. Raised in Carroll County, MD, I continue to reside near my hometown with my wife, Danielle and our son, Justin Jr. (everyone calls him JJ!). My family and I also have a rescue Mastiff-Boxer mix named Rex, and a one-eyed rescue cat named Olivia. I am inspired daily by my son JJ who was born with a rare complex congenital heart defect who has had two open heart surgeries before the age of one, and he continues to defy the odds everyday proving that life is truly a gift.

Hi, my name is Logan Davidson. I’m a 2020 graduate of Winters Mills High School. I attended Carroll County Career and Technology Center for my junior and senior year for Electrical Construction. I graduated with my apprenticeship card and received the BC and E Future Craftsmanship Award scholarship. Some of my hobbies are hunting, fishing and hanging out with my friends on the weekends. I look forward to furthering my career and obtaining my Masters License.

Hello, my name is Dallas Rodriguez. I am currently an Electrical Apprentice and hope to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible to become a licensed Journeyman and hopefully a Master Electrician. Originally I am from El Paso Texas, where I studied for 3 years at The University of Texas El Paso. My passion for electrical work comes from my love of problem solving and challenging honest work. My hobbies include watching sports (mostly football) and playing golf. Along my journey in the electrical field everything I do will be for my family and to make them proud.

Between the ages of 6 and 15, my family and I lived in Liberia, West Africa as missionaries. In May 2021, I graduated from Carroll Christian School’s Hope Program. I enjoy playing golf, hunting and working out. My goals are to one day become a Master Electrician and honor the Lord in everything I do.

Hi, my name is Luis Villegas. I graduated from Winters Mill High School in 2020; I was an honor roll student who also graduated from the Electrical Construction program at the Carroll County Career and Technology Center. I completed my OSHA 10 certification and won the ABC Scholarship at Vo-Tech. During my free time I like to play guitar, soccer and spend time with my family and friends. I look forward to expanding my knowledge in the electrical field, have fun in the process and obtain my Master License in the near future.

am currently enrolled in the 4 year electrical apprenticeship program and plan to receive my electrical journeyman’s’ license by the end of 2022. I am a husband to my beautiful wife Amanda, a US Marine and soon to be father in December of this year. I am also a part time cowboy for Wedekind Farms in Westminster MD.
